FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO RECEIVE YOUR WHOLESALE QUOTE:
REQUEST A QUOTE
The customer provides the information required for their quote: (model(s), color variant, quantity, contact information: shipping address, name, email and phone number) to hola@caralarga.com
SENDING A QUOTE
The Sales team prepares and sends the quote requested by the customer.
QUOTE APPROVED
The client informs our Sales team of the approval of the quote.
Advance payment
The customer makes an advance payment of ___% of the total cost of their purchase.
SEND TO PRODUCTION
Once the advance payment is received, the Sales team enters the customer's order into our Production area.
END OF PRODUCTION
Production of the customer's order is complete.
FINAL SETTLEMENT PAYMENT
Once production is complete, the customer pays the remaining amount of the cost of their pieces so that they can be packed, packaged and shipped to their destination.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Your items are shipped via courier, and the customer is provided with the tracking number corresponding to their order.
The parcel delivery company delivers your order to the customer.
Wholesale Purchase Terms and Conditions
To prepare your formal quote, we require you to send the following information to hola@caralarga.com :
- Model(s) and color variant
- Amount
- Contact Information: shipping address, name, email address, and phone number
Wholesale Purchase Discounts (Interior Design)
30% discount on the purchase of 20 pieces or more from our wholesale price list - Wholesale Price List .
Wholesale Purchase Discounts (Fashion)
30% discount on minimum purchase value of $40,000 MXN at retail price.
Shipping
- We organize shipments throughout the Republic and worldwide using an external courier service.
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the shipping company and the exchange rate.
- The shipping quote is valid for 30 days.
- The shipment is made at the end of the production time established in the quote.
Payment Methods
- The only accepted payment method is bank transfer.
- A 50% advance payment is required to register the order and begin the production process.
- The 50% final payment must be sent before proceeding with the shipment.
Restrictions
- Wholesale items cannot be customized in color or size.
- Wholesale purchases only apply to the parts available on the Wholesale Parts List.
Production Time
Wholesale orders have a production time of approximately 4 to 8 weeks.
