Moctezuma
Natural garlands are a tradition that has been preserved for generations in various towns across Mexico to decorate streets and churches during patron saint festivals. These garlands are handmade using the needles of the ocote or Montezuma pine tree and woven with twine in a spiral shape.
This technique has been the inspiration for this new lamp, in which we have experimented with cuts of cotton recovered from the workshop's production to create the texture of traditional festoons.
