GENERAL CONDITIONS.

Thank you for visiting https://caralarga.com.mx (hereinafter the "Site"). Diseño Caralarga SA de CV (hereinafter "Caralarga" or "We") is the company responsible for operating the Site. These general terms and conditions of use (hereinafter the "Conditions") govern your access to and use of the Site. For the sake of clarity, we will refer to you as the "Customer" or "You."

The Client declares that the data provided to us to contract our services and/or purchase our products is real, truthful, accurate, lawful, and verifiable, and that he or she releases Caralarga from any liability arising from the truthfulness, suitability, accuracy, legality, and verification of such data.

2.-Navigation terms and conditions

The reprinting, republication, distribution, assignment, sale, electronic reproduction or exploitation by any means of any information, document or graphic appearing on the Site, in whole or in part, for any use other than personal, non-commercial use is expressly prohibited.


3.-Price

All product prices listed on this Site include VAT.


4.- Payment

Payment for purchased products may be made using the following methods offered on this Site: credit or debit card, Openpay, or PayPal.

By making payment, the Customer accepts the terms and conditions of the purchase described here.

Caralarga will send an email confirming and informing you of the details of your purchase.


5.- Shipments

By proceeding with the purchase, the Customer acknowledges having read the shipping and production times for each item, including those clearly indicated under the heading "Product on request."

Caralarga uses a third-party service for domestic and international shipping. Caralarga requires 1 to 2 days to process the order, and its distribution team will be available at all times to follow up and support the customer in successfully receiving their shipment.

Caralarga will ship the items to the address provided by the Customer. Therefore, the Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information and references. If the information is not provided correctly, if no one is available to receive the order, or if the Customer refuses to accept it, we may cancel the transaction. Home delivery will be made on business days and at times established by our shipping service provider. Caralarga is not responsible for delays or problems that may be attributable to the courier services used.



National freight

Shipping costs (freight) are included throughout Mexico, exclusively in standard mode.

Shipping is free throughout Mexico, using standard shipping. All shipments within Mexico take 3 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on the carrier's delivery times.

In extended areas (areas defined by the courier company that are remote areas outside of daily delivery coverage), the estimated delivery time is 7 to 8 business days.



International freight

The cost of international freight is detailed separately in each order and must be accepted and paid by the Customer as part of the total cost of the order.

Taxes arising from imports will be borne by the Customer.

The contracted courier service will be responsible for collecting any import taxes that customs requires for the release of the shipment.



Express orders

If you would like to request express shipping, please send your request to hola@caralarga.com . Express shipping has an additional cost depending on the size and weight of the item, and this cost will be borne by the customer.


6.- Returns

Caralarga does not accept returns.


7.- Changes

Caralarga does not accept changes on international shipments.

For changes to purchases within Mexico, the Customer has 5 business days after receiving their purchase to notify hola@carlarga.com of their desire for a change .

Shipping costs for product exchange will be borne by the Customer.

The product must be in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and must not have been used yet.

Caralarga will not accept exchanges for products that have been used or are damaged.

The delivery of the merchandise to be exchanged will be made solely and exclusively by courier to the production workshop located at Av.Hércules Ote 1, Colonia Hércules, 76069 Querétaro, Mexico.


8.- Order cancellation

If the Customer wishes to modify or cancel their order, they may do so within the first 24 hours by writing to hola@carlarga.com .


9.- Claims

In the event that the Customer receives the products purchased on the Site in poor condition or incorrect, the Customer may file a claim by emailing hola@carlarga.com .

For claims, we ask that they be filed within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer must send at least three photographs detailing the poor condition of the product and/or packaging, if applicable. Caralarga will conduct an investigation through our logistics provider, and based on this investigation, the course of action with the Customer will be determined.


10.- Product warranty and customer service Caralarga


Factory default 

The production process for the Caralarga Large Format, Repurposed, and Space Jewelry collections takes place in the Caralarga SA de CV design workshop, located at Av. Hércules Oriente No. 1, Col. Hércules, CP 76069, Querétaro, QRO, Mexico.

Each piece is handcrafted and subject to high quality standards, therefore, it comes with an exchange guarantee for manufacturing defects.

This warranty becomes valid by notifying us within a maximum period of 20 days from the date of receipt of the product, and you must exercise it during that same period by emailing hola@carlarga.com .

Due to an error on the part of Caralarga in delivery time or destination

In the event that, due to an error attributable to Caralarga in the shipping destination, the delivery of the item has not been completed properly, Caralarga undertakes to cover 100% of the shipping cost to the correct address of the Customer.

In the event of loss of the package or damage to the item due to Caralarga, Caralarga offers a 100% refund and covers the cost of express shipping to the originally quoted destination. This is provided that the Customer has informed Caralarga of the situation by the means and within the previously established timeframes.

By default Packaging 

Each Caralarga piece is packaged and packed to quality standards, tested and controlled in our workshop before shipping. If this quality is not met, Caralarga offers a 100% refund and covers the cost of express shipping to the originally quoted destination. Customers must send at least three photographs that clearly demonstrate the quality of the packaging.

Due to the formation of fungus on DECORATIVE ACCENTS and REPURPOSED pieces

Each piece purchased directly from the Site comes with the following mold protection guarantee:

Six-month warranty from the date of receipt of the product, for a single part replacement. This warranty includes the cost of packaging and shipping to the final destination within Mexico and is valid subject to compliance with the following terms and conditions:

  1. The raw cotton fibers that make up Diseño Caralarga SA de CV's pieces require dry or semi-dry climates for their care, maintenance, and optimal lifespan. Humidity can cause mold growth, so it is essential that the space where the piece is placed has air conditioning and/or permanent ventilation.
  1. The packaging box must be opened immediately upon receipt to prevent mold and mildew from forming due to its confinement and lack of ventilation. If the item is left inside the packaging more than three days after receipt, the warranty offered by Diseño Caralarga SA de CV will be void.
  1. To validate this warranty, Diseño Caralarga SA de CV requires a photograph of the part installed within five days of receipt. As proof, the photo must be sent to hola@caralarga.com .

11.– Billing

The Customer has until the end of the month in which the purchase was made to request an invoice, providing the corresponding information to the email address: factura@caralarga.com or through the self-invoice service found on the Caralarga website.

Finally, the Client declares that he or she has read, is aware of, and is aware of the provisions of this document, giving his or her express consent and accepting the Terms and Conditions transcribed herein.
