INSPIRATION

This handcrafted piece is made with sansevieria fiber and dyed with logwood, a natural colorant obtained from a wood traditionally used in the Yucatán Peninsula for its deep and organic tones. This version of Danzante retains the lightness and structure of the plant fiber while incorporating the colors of the land in a piece that speaks of time, matter, and memory within Guardianes del Tiempo (Guardians of Time), a collection in collaboration with Taller Maya and Caralarga.
