CARALARGA
Caralarga is a textile design and production workshop inspired by the raw materials of nature. We seek to preserve their essence and highlight their qualities, transforming them into pieces of high artisanal value. Through our designs, we aim to convey the value of our hands and showcase the natural beauty of each material. We like things as they are and believe that a simple world is a better one — this is our source of inspiration.
ORIGIN
In 2014, Ana Holschneider and Socorro Gasca found in cotton threads and textile remnants the perfect material to create unique handcrafted jewelry pieces, embracing weaving imperfections and giving new life to what had been discarded.
WORKSHOP
Our workshop is located inside the former Hércules textile factory — a place rich in history that, since the 19th century, has been a symbol of textile development in Querétaro. Today, it allows us to keep that tradition alive through our processes and handcrafted pieces.
