These are the most frequently asked questions from our customers; we suggest you read them all carefully.
ORDERS
Can I pay for my order in Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR)?
The prices of our products on our website are displayed and charged only in MXN and USD.
However, when paying outside of Mexican peso and dollar accounts with a credit card, the purchase amount should be reflected in your statement in the currency in which your bank account is configured.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has been placed, the processing time for jewelry and clothing items will be between one and two business days, while for interior design pieces it will be the production time specified in the description of each product, shown on our website.
As soon as your order is shipped from our workshop, you will receive an email with a parcel tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order only within the first 24 hours after placing it, by writing to: hola@caralarga.com
I have not received my order
If your order has exceeded the production and delivery time, or you haven't received the corresponding shipping notification, please check your email's spam or junk mail folder. If you don't find it there, you can report your order by writing to hola@caralarga.com , providing us with your order reference number.
If your order has been shipped but you have not yet received it, you should contact the shipping company directly, providing them with the tracking number we issued.
Can I customize my order?
No. The standard items available through our website can only be purchased online in the sizes and colors shown. To place a custom order, please email us directly at hola@caralarga.com
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently offer international shipping via DHL (except for mirrors). Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and delivery address of your order.
What shipping options do you provide?
We offer the following shipping options: standard and express, through Paqueteexpress within the Mexican Republic, and DHL for international shipments.
NOTE: The customer should take into consideration that such options may vary, depending on the region to which the shipment will be sent.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is placed, it will take between one and two business days to be processed and packed for jewelry and clothing, and the specific production time for interior design pieces is shown in the description of each product.

How much does shipping cost?
Each shipment is automatically calculated at the checkout of our online store, taking into consideration the volume and weight of the items, as well as the destination to which they will be sent, so the shipping cost will always vary.
Will I have to pay taxes on my order?
Mexico, the United States, and Canada have a trade agreement that allows their citizens to buy and sell products without paying import and export taxes; however, Customs officials may decide to charge a certain amount of taxes, although this does not usually happen.
For the rest of the world, the collection of taxes upon receiving the shipment will be subject to their own trade regulations.
NOTE: The customer should be aware that Caralarga is not - and will not be - responsible for calculations and additional charges for any customs fees/taxes charged by the parcel company.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I exchange or return my products?
We do not make changes to international shipments.
In Mexico, customers have 5 business days to make any changes to their purchases after receiving them. To do so, they must send us a notification by writing to hola@caralarga.com
The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with a new shipment for a product exchange. The product to be exchanged must be in the same condition as when it was received: in its original packaging and unused.
We do not exchange products that have been used or damaged.
Does my order have a warranty?
If you have purchased products from our website and receive them in poor condition, or if your order is incorrect, you can file a claim by writing to us at hola@caralarga.com
To process your claim, it must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order. The customer must send at least three photographs clearly showing the damage to the product or its packaging. Caralarga will conduct an investigation through our logistics provider, and based on the results, we will determine the next steps for the customer.

BILLING
Can I change my billing information?
You can modify your order's billing information only within the first 24 hours; you must notify us in writing at hola@caralarga.com
How can I receive my invoice?
The customer has until the end of the month in which they made their purchase to request their invoice, providing the corresponding information to the following email address: admin@caralarga.com
LARGE FORMAT
How can I order a large format piece?
If you are interested in purchasing a large format piece, please fill out the Quotation Form to receive a personalized proposal (selection of model, colors, measurements, etc.)
Can you customize my Large Format piece?
Yes. Our Large Format models can be customized, both in size and in the colors of the fasteners. You can request a personalized quote based on the references shown in the Large Format Catalog and the Fastener Sample Book .

Where can I see your Large Format prices?
To receive a formal quote for Large Format printing, we recommend you fill out our Quote Form.
Do you install the parts?
No. We do not install interior design pieces.
What does a Large Format piece include?
Our Large Format boxes include: wooden or wrought iron bases, screws and dowels, central wrought iron support, Caralarga certificate of authenticity and brush, only if your piece measures more than 2 meters.
NOTE: If the ordered piece does not include a brush, we recommend you obtain and use one with thick or metal bristles (extension brush) for the maintenance of your Large Format Long Face.
Do the Caralarga streetlights have electrical installation?
Yes. They include a 110-120W electrical installation, an 80cm electrical connection and a connection for 1 LED spotlight (not included with the light fixture).
NOTE: Electrical installation is exclusive to shipments within Mexico.
Why is it important to know the weight of large format pieces?
The weight of the piece is a determining factor that must be considered before installation. If you plan to install it on hollow walls or ceilings made of wood or other non-solid materials, we recommend contacting our Sales team to inquire about the weight of your piece.
